july tbr

new month, new books. or some of them at least. i am taking some of my june books into the new month, but well, that’s just how it is. so let’s get started:

1.) “sense & sensibility” by jane austen

i really need to finish this book in july, because i want to go on with “emma”, my last book by jane austen. i am really looking forward to it, but let’s not get too excited. first finish, what to finish. 😀

2.) “crooked kingdom” by leigh bardugo

yes, i still have that on my tbr. but this month is the month for it. or at least i hope so 😀

3.) “summer days & summer nights” edited by stephanie perkins

i bought this book in june because i read “my true love gave to me” last christmas and i really enjoyed it. i am a sucker for romance stories and it is summer, so it’s finally time to get me some love stories. ❤

4.) “where she went” by gayle forman

a new traveling book by the traveling book project arrived at my place and it’s time to continue with the series. i wasn’t the biggest fan of “if i stay”, but i want to give this one a try. i hope, i like it.

5.) “one of us is lying” by karen m. mcmanus

i got this book as my random read for july and i am very happy with the pick. i love the movie “the breakfast club” and give a good thriller aspect and i am sold. 😀

so, these are the books i want to read next. i try not to do too big tbrs, because i am a very big mood reader. and since i am still in a slump, these choices should be enough for the next week. i’ll keep you posted, how it goes. which book should i read next? what do you think? 🙂

  1. Haven’t read Austen’s S&S but I love that PEL edition ❤ And One of Us is Lying sounds really interesting, I was hoping to get approved for it on Netgalley but didn't get it. Let me know how you like it!
