first time i saw this tag, i really wanted to do it too, so here we go:

A – Author you’ve read the most books from

IMG_1730my most read author is to my own surprise susan elizabeth phillips. when i was around 18 to the beginning of my twenties, i have read about 13 books by her and i loved them at that time. they made me happy. but the author, i’ve recently read the most is harlan coben. i have read 9 of his novels in the last year.

 

B – Best Sequel Ever

i don’t know, if it’s the best sequel ever, but i remember really enjoying “catching fire” by suzanne collins. i am still in love with finnick, so hell yes. 😀

 

C – Currently Reading

i started “sense & sensibility” by jane austen a few days ago and so far, i really enjoy it.

 

D – Drink of Choice While Reading

that depends on the time of day. in the morning it’s definitely coffee, in the evening it is tea.

 

E – E-reader or Physical Book?

uuuuh, tough question. i love physical books, but i also love reading on my kindle, especially at night or on vacation. i can’t decide.

 

F – Fictional Character You Probably Would Have Actually Dated In High School

kaz brekker from “six of crows” by leigh bardugo or kell from “a darker shade of magic” by v.e. schwab. yes, i am the one who picks the bad boys 😀

 

G – Glad You Gave This Book A Chance

IMG_8180i am going to go with “great expectations” by charles dickens. i knew, that i wanted to read it at some point in my life. but i never expected to love it so much. and now he will be my next author-project, after i finish my jane austen project.

 

H – Hidden Gem Book

definitely “kids of appetite” by david arnold. i never see this book around and i LOVE LOVE LOVE it. read it. everyone. now. go!!!!

 

I – Important Moment in your Reading Life

i’d say starting to read harlan cobens thrillers. because without them, i wouldn’t have met all the people i did. i wouldn’t have started with bookstagram or this blog. so thank you harlan coben!

 

J- Just Finished

i finished “i’ll give you the sun” by jandy nelson a few days ago. you can find my book review here.

 

K – Kinds of Books You Won’t Read

horror books. because i scare easily. i scream at night. i have bad dreams. i can’t sleep without light. i won’t leave the house. you get the point. 😀

 

L – Longest Book You’ve Read

paul austers “4 3 2 1”. in the hardback edition it has 866 pages. i guess the mass market paperback will be around 1100 pages.

 

M – Major book hangover because of:

so far, i didn’t have major book hangover 🙂

 

N – Number of Bookcases You Own

i have three billy shelves from ikea in the living room and one small ikea shelf in the bedroom, where my current tbr books have their place.

 

O – One Book You Have Read Multiple Times

IMG_3071no surprise: “the fault in our stars” by john green. i think i’ve read this book seven times now. i still love it. i still cry, i still laugh. it’s my go-to-book.

i usually don’t regret reading any book because it was my choice to pick it up. and every book has its purpose. but if i had to choose, i’d say “dubliners” by james joyce – didn’t like it as much as i hoped i would.

“the enemy” by charlie higson. still haven’t touched the third book of seven. *facepalm*

i bought “crime and punishment” by fyodor dostoevsky and “the master and margarita” by mikhail bulgakov in the vintage classic russians series edition. they are soooooo beautiful!! ❤

 

Z – ZZZ-snatcher book (last book that kept you up WAY late):

that one is hard. i really can’t remember.
